How To Submit a Support Ticket

This article describes the process of submitting a support ticket.
Sometimes, a user may have a more advanced issue that cannot be solved in Discord or through our support site, support.gala.games . When this happens, submitting a support ticket to Customer Service will be the next step to resolving an issue. Knowing how to submit a support ticket and providing the information that Customer Service needs is vital in resolving issues swiftly.
This article assumes the reader understands the information in the following articles:
1) It is recommended that you are logged into your Gala Games account when you wish to submit a ticket. When logged into a Gala Games account, it auto fills most of the account information that support needs. When logged into an account, scroll to the bottom of the website and then click on the Contact Support link.
1a) A user can also submit a ticket from the account settings page. This can be accessed by clicking the account icon that’s on the top right of the Gala Games page.
1b) After getting to the settings page, scroll down and click the "Submit a Ticket" button.
2) After clicking the submit ticket button, it will bring up the following page. Most of the information needed will be automatically filled in.
The subject briefly explains what issue a person is having.
The description explains the problem a person is having in more detail.
After filling in the information needed, click the submit button.
3) Within 30 minutes of submitting this ticket, you should receive an email back from our support system saying that your ticket has been received. Please make sure that firstname.lastname@example.org is whitelisted by your email provider. This email may be in your trash/spam folder.
